DESIGN1 - Cube Logo Design

We design your Cube (Front and Back Logo) according to your ideas and input.

This service focuses primarily on LOGO2 (DesignSkins), but other kinds of Logos may be created as well.

The following levels are available:

• DESIGN1_BASIC - 1 Layout Proposal, 1 Correction
• DESIGN1_STD - 2 Layout Proposals, 2 Corrections
• DESIGN1_PRO - 3 Layout Proposals, Unlimited Corrections

SOLID1 - Solid Aluminium Cube

These Cubes are of such a high surface quality that they may be anodized directly without polishing! Also the rounded edges are very precise and smooth. The drill holes are lowered a little bit. All dimensions are kept exactly.

The weight of such a Cube is around 175 g. Due to the close-to-mirror-like surface the impression of the Cube is very heavy and some people don't believe that it is made of aluminium!

These Cubes are produced in Germany by a high-tech company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of prosthetic and orthotic components, tools, and fabrication materials.

BASIC1 - Anodizing

Anodizing is a perfect and excellent-value technology to create a valuable, permanent and robust surface.

We offer two gloss levels:

• semi-gloss - BASIC1_SG_??
• high gloss - BASIC1_HG_??

We offer the following colors:

• black - BASIC1_??_BL
• silver/colorless - BASIC1_??_SI

We support this for Cubes made by SOLID1.

This service is done by a German high-tech company.

Examples: CIC2.1 (HG_BL), CIC3.1 (SG_BL), CIC4.2.1 (HG_BL), CIC10.x (SG_SI)

BASIC2 - Painting

This surface finish includes three painting steps. The final or visible color must be defined by a RAL value. Also one of these gloss levels must be selected:

• beamless (BASIC2_BL)
• semi-gloss (BASIC2_SG)
• brilliant (BASIC2_HG)

Painting is supported for Cubes made by SOLID1.

This service is done in handcraft by a small German company.

Note, the result is a homogeneous monochrome finish without the logos shown in the examples.

LOGO1 - True-Color Print

This modern technology prints a true-color, high-resolution image directly on a Cube. No final cover is needed.

This step is currently supported for BASIC2.

Note, there is no way to print the color White. Usually you need a bright basic color for this procedure. Also if your Logo uses pixel images, small color variations might occur. This does not happen for vector graphics.

This service is done by a small German company that owns one of the very first of such specific printing devices.

LOGO2 - DesignSkin ®

Two laser-cut hi-quality skins provide the Cube logo at the front and back side. The skins are self-sticking and also avoid crinkles and bubbles.

The skins have very intensive colors and a high resolution.

The DesignSkins ® are produced by the German company DeinDesign.

LOGO3 - Painted Laser Gravure

A deep laser gravure (around 0.3 mm) is used to create the Cube logo at front and back side. The engraved lines or regions are then painted in a RAL color.

This Logo production requires SOLID1 and BASIC1.
