Overview

The idea of this Cube Collection is to present authentic, historic Brands of east-german cars. The Collection is made of solid aluminium Cubes that are of very high quality.

Edition Trabant 2008

The first Cube Edition of this Collection is dedicated to the Trabant (or Trabi) [1] which is one of the most built cars in the World.

The front side shows the original brand, the back side provides information about the edition. [2][3]

The edition is made from solid, polished and black anodized aluminium. All lines, symbols and texts are laser-engraved and painted with Trabant color Marble White. The way this edition is manufactured is similar to the edition CIC2.1 [4].

The number of this edition is CIC4.2.1. The edition is strictly limited to 26 pieces.

The usage of the original Trabant brand was licensed from InterTrab e.V.

For 2009 we're preparing a Wartburg Edition, for instance made from silver-anodized aluminium with black-painted, laser-engraved labels [5].

Edition Sachsenring 2009

The second Cube Edition of this Collection is dedicated to the brand Sachsenring, a historic German car manufacturer formerly known as Horch.

The front side shows the original brand, the back side provides information about the edition.

The edition is made from solid, polished and silver (colorless) anodized aluminium. All lines, symbols and texts are laser-engraved.

The number of this edition is CIC4.2.2. The edition is strictly limited to 26 pieces.

The usage of the original Sachsenring brand was licensed from the HQM Sachsenring GmbH via InterTrab e.V.
